In preparing Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato is used exclusively grapes of DOCG Moscato d'Asti. Beppe master mixer Musso selects grapes from the best vintages, which are characterized by its depth and its unique flavor, while Ivano Tonutti select a mix of artemisia of the Piedmont region combining with exotic botanicals to achieve a blend traditional style. The result is a slightly bitter vermouth that freshens and sublimates the flavors of the wine.
