TASTING
- Sight: Intense golden color.
- Nose: Aromas of caramelized apple, nuts, toast and honey notes.
- Mouth: Structured, round, ripe fruit with some mineral notes in its long finish.
Serving temperature: 8ºC - 10ºC
Paring: Risottos, truffles, caviar, seafood.
